13.5”x13.5” Hand Carved Marble and Stone Chess Set

Item Description:

  • 13.5” x 13.5″ x .5” Chess board
  • Has all 32 pieces
  • Made out of marble and stone
  • Grey marble border
  • Beautiful contrast between black/white marble and tan stone squares on the inside of the board
  • All pieces are Black/White highly polished marble or polished tan stone

Item Condition:

  • Used
  • Playing board: Minimal scratches, good condition
  • Pieces: minimal scratches on most, top of queens damaged, some pieces glued together (see pictures)

There are irregularities in the rock and in the shape of the pieces suggesting they are hand carved. The pieces are smooth and heavy, giving them a good feel in the hand.
