Antique Police Leather Blackjack: know as a sap, slapper, Slapjack, or blackjack. Made for police in the early 1900s. Heavy leather likely packed with lead and a flexible steel rod. Approximately 10″ long not including strap (strap is approx. 14″) and slip moves freely. Overall very good original condition. Total Weight: 13oz
