Moro Kris Antique Sword
Moro kris antique sword was made in the 1800’s or early 1900’s. The metal is ground and the decorative parts welded. The handle is heavy and wrapped in woven lashing. The kris is displayed in a hand carved wooden frog, which, with a leather strap, would be mounted to a wall or the user. See pictures for condition.

The kris was known to be more superior than that of the Toledo swords of Spain. Besides being a superbly balanced and effective weapon, the kris was also a key symbol of a man’s status/rank in society.
