Vintage 1950’s Boy Scout BSA WESTERN Fixed Blade Survival Bowie Hunting Knife
Official Boy Scout Bowie knife by Western in Boulder, Colorado. This vintage 1950’s knife is in very good condition. The upturned fixed knife blade has the BSA emblem and the words, “OFFICIAL BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA” on one side and the Western logo, “WESTERN BOULDER, COLO. MADE IN U.S.A” on the other.
This 8.5″ knife was out of the Western Boulder CO BSA Frontiersman Series and features a stacked leather handle, gorgeous 4.5″ upturned fixed blade, Brass Bolster/Guard, and Official BSA Stamping. This knife has been well cared for and is in outstanding condition for its age. I would rate the knife very good as it is a beauty with the smallest amount of patina and handling scuffs, to remind is that it probably 60+ years old! No pitting, broken or loose parts, no missing pieces or other damage.
